Can I buy the products online?
Yes! All the products listed on this website are available for purchase online. All you have to do is click on the "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart" buttons, then follow the easy steps through the shopping cart to finalise your purchase.
Is it safe and secure to buy online?
Absolutely. When you go to checkout, you will be prompted to Login (if you already have a Username & Password) or become a New Customer. You should notice the address bar change to https://www.highex..... The "s" on "https" means you are now on the secure side of our site. Everything between your computer and our server is now encrypted with 128 bit encryption. So no-one will be able to see your details.
You can check the Authenticity of our site at anytime by clicking on the GeoTrust logo on the right-hand side (in the Sign-In Box).
How do I pay?
All of our payments are processed through PayPal's secure site. You do not need a PayPal account to pay, just click where it says to pay with a credit card. You can also pay by Gift Certificate. Simply enter the Gift Certificate code at checkout.
Do you deliver?
We deliver to anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. All items are insured and trackable throughout delivery. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How much is delivery?
$10 for orders under $100, FREE for orders over $100.
Can I pickup from your store?
Yes you can choose to pickup your order from our store. However, due to the huge range of products available, there is physically not enough space to have them in our store! You will be contacted by phone/email when your order is ready for collection.
Are your products covered by an Australian Warranty?
All of our products are covered buy Australian Warranties. We buy our products through Authroised Australian Manufacturers & Distributers, therefore we are not involved with 'grey market' imports.
What are 'Grey Imports'?
"Grey Imports" are items NOT purchased through Authorised Australian Dealers. These products are not covered by Australian warranties.
Why are you prices so low?
High Exposure Camera & Imaging is an independant retailer. We are not forced into buying groups so are able to offer the lowest price at all times.
Do you repair Cameras?
The cost of repairs can sometimes outweigh the cost of a new camera. We recommend you check your warranty and contact the Manufacturer for an authorised service centre.
